Most sites launch within 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. A simple marketing site can be ready in under two weeks, while a full web app with authentication and payments may take four to six weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal.

I keep it simple — email for async updates and a shared project board for tracking progress. If you prefer Slack or another tool, I'm happy to adapt. You'll get a weekly summary either way.

I offer fixed-price proposals based on the scope we agree on. You'll know the total cost before any work begins. For ongoing work I also offer monthly retainers. No hourly billing, no surprises.

For most projects I collect 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Larger projects may have milestone-based payments. You'll receive an invoice with a secure online payment link.

If your project includes a CMS or admin dashboard, you'll be able to manage content without touching code. I also provide documentation and a walkthrough so you're never stuck.

You do. Once the project is complete and paid in full, all source code and assets are yours. I'll transfer the repository and any accounts so you have full control.
